The mother and daughter team of Marie & Marelize van Rooyen of RetirementSA are well known Property Specialists, based in the Northern Suburbs of Cape Town.

With a combined experience of more than 60 years within the Real Estate industry, their latest business was a natural expansion from Nationlink Plattekloof, a Real Estate Agency operating in the Tygerberg area for over 30 years.

Together they have been involved in numerous Retirement Villages and Estates in the greater Western Cape, and have contributed to the complete process from initialisation, conceptualisation, through the various planning stages to the sales and eventual re-sales and management of rental units.

Under Marelize’s leadership after Marie’s retirement in 2018, the company is currently expanding in the specialised field of Retirement Marketing Research through the development of a niche service for developers and other role players in the industry.
