Retirement Villages are Lifestyle Developments planned around the needs of those who have matured in life.

Ownership and or Occupancy structures can include, but is not limited to, Single Title, Sectional Title, Life Right and Rentals.

By completing one or more of our surveys, you are ensuring that your voice is heard! Our dream is to assist communities in the greater Western Cape where our services may be required.  

Some of the surveys are development specific and then we also have our Research Survey which is more generic in nature – please complete the latter together with any development specific one as we truly value your input!

Through your input, you are assisting us in assuring that the needs, requirements and dreams of the members of the public are conveyed when it matters most, right at the beginning of the planning process.

Some of the information you may feel is of a personal nature, we wish to assure you however that your personal information will never be sold or provided to a third party, we merely use the collaborated data to establish trends and requirements.

Depending on the relevant survey, some or all of the following questions may be applicable:

• Unit Sizes: The information in this section will help us to understand which size requirements are needed by the potential buyers and can be utilised to ensure that we try to get as close as possible to your dream unit.
• Unit Prices: The information in this section help us to understand what type of investment value you will feel most comfortable with.
• Financial Situation: The information in this section will help us to understand what which methods of financing will be most likely utilised when purchasing the new home and where the funds will be obtained from.
• Technology:The information in this section will help us understand which methods of communication can be utilised in our marketing strategies to enable maximum reach as well as establish the technological requirements for upcoming developments.
• Health:  This section is crucial in the planning of the health services for any new village – the most expensive component during the planning (and or operation) of any retirement village.
• Age & Demographics: The establishing of trends are a crucial part of our research, where are our clients coming from and what are their age groups.  We also need to know where you would like to (or not) retire to enable us to establish feasibility.
