With 13 senior lifestyle centres across South Africa, Residentia is a cherished institution.

The Residentia portfolio continues to evolve, now encompassing home-based care in select areas, a childcare centre, and a seaside campsite for children in Amanzimtoti, as well as numerous community projects. General Information

The Residentia Boland Senior Lifestyle Centre, affectionately known as Huis Boland, is a modern aged care home housed in a beautifully converted colonial building in the leafy residential area of Chrismar, Bellville. Just minutes from the city centre, it boasts direct access to shops and cafés. The exterior features original architectural details, surrounded by magnificent trees and landscaped gardens filled with flowering shrubs and indigenous South African plants. The garden offers inviting corners for relaxation, while the interiors exude a peaceful and tranquil atmosphere. Inside, the communal areas, cozy lounges, and activity rooms are tastefully decorated with beautiful artwork and lush indoor plants. Residents can enjoy an elegant café, a modern library, and an in-house hair salon for pampering.
